Proof of concept: a developer build of HardwareJS that serves python3's start-up files from one cached object instead of several hundred filesystem round trips. Needs Developer mode, which this machine has on; a fork without Developer mode runs the official HardwareJS release and may not boot. Temporary, until the change is in a HardwareJS release.
